Hanya Partners, a management consultancy specialising in supplier performance and part of the Taranata Group, has announced the appointment of a new managing partner – seasoned procurement practitioner, Paul Gaffney. Paul replaces company founder Martin Ewart, who was recently appointed the chief executive of Hanya Partners parent company, Taranata Group.
Paul joins the company from Cape Glen Advisory where he held the role of principal and led the company’s business development and delivery team. Paul has over 25 years’ experience in overseeing complex IT arrangements through the lifecycle of sourcing, selection, contracting, managing and exiting relationships. The majority of Paul’s career has been focused in the financial services sector but has also been seen him involved in leading public sector procurement projects.
Paul is not new to Hanya Partners, having worked with the company as an associate on a consultancy basis since 2015. During this time, he was responsible for delivering significant projects in the UK, US and the Netherlands. In his new role, Paul will be responsible for overseeing the existing client base and growing the business presence further.

Paul will be based in Hanya Partners Edinburgh office and report into Martin Ewart.
